About To Make Some Shirts....

I'm about to make my first shirt from some of the wonderful DISigners on here. My question is how to place the picture. I don't want it too high or too low. I guess I'm just afraid of taking that first step since I'm not a very artsy craftsy person. Any tips?

What I did was put on my tshirt on and stood in front of a mirror and held the design up to the front. Gave me a general idea as to where to place it.

When I went to iron them on. I placed them on the shirt and then stood on top of a bar stool to make sure they looked straight and were about the same place on the shirt.

the first one I was scared. after that one was done, the rest was easy.
