Been trying for two hours to get all my reservations booked for my 180 +10 and the MDE is driving me crazy. It will work for me for two or three reservations then wont let me book for thirty or so minutes stating the "sorry for the paws" message. Anyone else having this trouble or is it just me? I am about to go postal.
 
I had the same problem from my computer and then went on the app on my phone and the whole process took 10 minutes. Booked all my fastpasses on my phone too.
 

When I booked ADRs and Fast Passes, I had multiple devices loaded and ready to go. Each device had issues including Olaf holding his head on my laptop and a never ending circle on my iPhone and iPad. Alternating devices and taking deep breaths got it done. It took over an hour to do something that could have been accomplished in 15 minutes max.

Breathe.
 
We go in late August, so probably not as crowded and not as many booking as when the OP is going, which is probably Christmas time. Probably a lot more people trying to make ADR's now then when I was.
 
Unfortunately, the website leaves something to be desired. Weekends tend to be worse because there is a lot of traffic on the site in general. Try the app, as many have said. If one's down, then we usually try the other just to see.

You can also try calling, but I know a lot of times if the website is busy then so are the phones. At least with that, you can put your cell on speaker and do other things while you wait...
 
Oh no, I am so sorry! I made mine this morning and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was for once. But...I did notice that it actually let me into the system to make ADRs about 12 minutes early...I thought it let you in at 7 am EST, but I was actually able to make confirmed reservations starting at 6:48. Anyone know if I was wrong about the start time? Because I felt lucky to get a BOG dinner ressie, but it's for a later time than I'd hoped, and I couldn't help but think that if I'd thought to check even earlier I would've gotten a better time, but if that I'd waited until 7 they would've been completely gone.

ETA: I was super paranoid that getting in early was an error and that the ADRs wouldn't stick...but I've checked MDE several times and they're all there, thank goodness!
 
When the website is that dysfunctional, it may be better to phone in and have a CM help with your ADRs.

Start time online is 6AM Eastern, and for phone calls it is 7AM Eastern.

Well that explains it then! Thanks so much for taking the time to respond. I think the last time we had a trip booked more than 6 months in advance we were still having to call in, lol. Now I'll be ready to go at the right time when I make the ADRs for the other half of our split stay in a few days! :)
 
While I don't book ADRs in advance, I did have issues when booking my room a few weeks ago, I tried two different physical machines (my desktop at work and my laptop at home) and two different browsers - Google and Firefox and different times of the day. For me, I managed to do it by logging onto my account and then going to my reservations section and got in through there.
 
Thank you all for the responses. Took over three hours between calling, my phone, and laptop. Most frustration I have ever had booking adrs. Still couldn’t get Cali grill brunch for Dec 30 it was not even listed

Keep trying for Cali grill. Sometimes cancellations will open up opportunities for others.
 
Disney IT sucks. I hang out here quite a bit and I don't think a day goes by when there aren't multiple threads about difficulty with MDE. So it's not just you, good luck with everything. :earsboy:

I've had this problem FOR YEARS!!! Never fails, on "ADR day" I always have trouble booking. Every trip, every year.:furious: Sorry your having trouble too.
