Yes, the VP Suite can also be connected to a concierge room. I believe this would give you room for 8 plus one child under 3.
We stayed in the VP suite last year. It has a very nice balcony and a nice big jacuzzi tub that we all loved. We stayed in it for the Florida 1/2 Ironman at Fort Wilderness and I thought we would be able to see FW from the balcony but we were over a little too far.
The Yosemite Suite had 2 bathrooms (there was a shower and that big jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom), a living area, a dining area and a kitchen area. The master bedroom has a nic king bed. It wasn't as "fancy" as I thought it would be.
The door to the connecting room is in the living area of the suite.
The suite is basically in a little hallway all by itself, so it is VERY quiet. I expect the Yellowstone suite to also be very quiet.
We were able to walk out of the suite and over to a window to watch Wishes in the evening.
There isn't much price difference between the two suites so I'd go for the Pres. but that's just my opinion. You can also book 2 concierge rooms but that's about the same as just booking the suite.
I really can't find any good pictures of either suite. Maybe if you did a google search, it would give you something.
Good luck with your decision. Also, I belive WL is adding a concierge lounge that will be done in May. Right now, there is no real lounge-everything is in an open area that overlooks the lobby. I'm sure the lounge will be beautiful when it is complete.
