About the Polynesian

I know they don't have spa services, but do they do Massages or do you have to go to the Grand Floridian for this type of service?

You will have to go to the GF Spa, but it is a very short and pleasant walk to the spa at the GF from the Polynesian. The GF's spa is in a totally separate building from the hotel. It's in between the Polynesian and the Wedding Pavillion.
