Do they offer a shuttle to Disneyland? How much to use internet? Do they have Disney items in the gift shop?

No I haven't. I am not a member. I thought I saw some disladies that had stayed there recently and might have some info.

My brother and his family stayed there in Dec. They really enjoyed it. I do not think there was a designated shuttle, they used ART. Sorry, can't help you with info about the internet though.

The ART comes directly to the resort as one of its stops but it is not free. We do have internet service which is free for us owners or you can get Wi Fi in your room for $15 for the week. I am not sure about Disney Merchandise in the lobby. The resort was built new and justopened in October of 2008. My family and I will be staying there for the first time in May.
