Unfortunately, no.
They have you go out through an EPCOT backstage area to the finish line and then transport you back to the AK parking lot when you are ready to go. Park admission is not included in your registration.

Will you be allowed to stay in the park if you have season passes?

The finish line is actually outside of the park in the parking lot. Once you cross the finish line though & want to go back in , just bring your pass with you & you would have to go thru the front gates like normal. See you soon!
