I stay in the cabins every year over Halloween. I have seen the 2 cabins in the 100 loop but thought I have read that they are usually for VIP's. I have seen them empty many times. I also thought I have read that you can not request them.
I called last week for my Halloween reservation and requested a certain loop. The lady said we can put that on the reservation but it does not guarantee it. Well they say that every time. On a whim I asked about the 2 cabins in the 100 loop. I asked if I could request one of them. She told me the same thing. I can put that on the reservation but it does not guarantee you will get them.
So has anyone ever asked and gotten them? What do you think my chances are?
Anyone know anything else about them?

Thanks for any insight...

We honeymooned at the Fort and every 18-20 months for the next 20 years. Each time we asked for the cabins up front. On our 20th anniversary trip we asked again and this time the answer was yes! It is very convienent and close to the boat launch to MK and the hoop dee do and trails end. It was a bit noisier but the noises included fireworks and boat horns!!:cool1:

It's been reported 2 or 3 times here of people getting the 100 loop cabins. So it is possible. pixiedust: I would have a 2nd choice noted on your reservation.

thanks - I asked for the 100 loop cabin first choice and another loop as my second choice.
Heres hoping...:)

My husband and I got cabin #118 for a four night stay one time. Other than location, the only difference between it and the other cabins is all of its dishes matched! Yes it is a little noisy.

We didn't request it. We checked in around 8:00pm and the CM told us that if we didn't mind waiting we could have #118. At the time, this was about 5 years ago and I wasn't into the boards big time, I had no idea it was the silver tuna. We were tired and I almost asked if she had something ready right then. But, the rockers in the lobby looked comfortable so we sat for about 15 minutes. Low and behold she told us we were in #118. I didn't know how hard they were to get until I came home and about two months later someone asked if a "regular" person had ever gotten assigned that cabin.

I had made no special requests, I like my chips to fall where they may!:)
