? about super grover pass and residence

Ok dh is trying to get transferred to FL. If this happens would my parents( who do not live in FL) be able to buy the super grover pass for their grandkids for Christmas? I know that adults need to show ID but what about kids. Thanks

The Super Grover Pass and Platinum Passes do not have residency requirements. Anyone from anywhere in the United Stats can buy one from any park owned by Sea World Parks and Entertainment. I don't know about international visitors. To receive the full benefits of the pass, you may have to have it physically mailed to you to avoid having to trade a paper e-ticket for a hard ticket at the park through which you purchased the pass.

IF you try to order a super grover pass and enter a florida zip code it says you can't buy it. On another thread someone had posted that Fl residents could not purchase it anymore.
