? about receiving hotel confirmation

I booked through a TA and he sent me my confirmation number for our stay. However, I have not received anything on paper yet. When should I receive a letter or information regarding my stay? Will WDW reservations still mail me a reservation package?

We made our reservations in March and we haven't received our confirmation either. I called CRO yesterday to modify our reservation, and asked about it. She said I should have received it by now, but since I was making a modification, I will receive one with this call. They know everything else about me, I'd think they would be able to tell me if/when my confirmation was mailed. I'd say if it's been more than 2 weeks, it is worth calling and checking. Good luck

Depends on if you booked a package or room-only.

If package, a confirmation will get faxed to the agent when the reservation is made. The final documents will get sent to the agent about 30 days before your arrival.

If room-only, the agent eventually receives a paper copy via US mail - that is all.

Since you used a TA, nothing will be sent directly to you, it will all go thru the agent.
