? about PS

We will be there March 14-18 and want a sit down meal in Epcot. Can I wait till I get there on the 14th and make them or do you think that it will be a crowded time and I should make them before we leave. I just hate making PS because I don't know if I will be in the mood for that type of food when it comes time. Thanks

I am not 100% positive about this but I have always had the impression that some tables in park restaurants are not released until the day of dining. When we have changed plans about which park we are going to, I have been able to get a table in the am. But I would go to guest services or to the restaurant itself early in the day.
