? about printing boarding passes with a layover

We are going to Hawaii in March and we have never flown with a layover before. I was wondering how it works with printing your boarding passes online with a layover. Will I be able to print boarding passes for both airports, or will we need to get the boarding passes at our layover destination when we arrive? We only have 1 and a half hours between flights, so I want to be prepard if we need to do more than just find our next gate.

We will be flying Continental out of Newark, and I had printed our passes last time and it worked out great. It will be a very early flight (5:30am) and I want everything to go smoothly.

Any advice you could give me would be very appreciated.

When you print your passes, you will get them for both 'legs' of the flight to Hawaii. For the return, check with the front desk where you are staying. Most will log on to the airline site and print the return boarding passes for you. Just make sure to have your confirmation number and photo IDs for all travelers 18 or over.

We just did Hawaii this July/Aug, had a blast. 5 days on Oahu and 9 at Kona on the big island.

Bill, thanks for the quick reply. I never thought to check with the resort we are staying at. We are only doing a week on the Big Island. I would love to hear if you have any suggestions on what to do while we are there. So far I am thinking of doing an excursion to the volcano, horseback riding, and of course whale watching. Our kids will be 12 and 5 when we go.
