Is there a beach or sandy area near the zero-depth entry area of the Volcano pool? Somewhere you could sit with your towels and beach toys and play in the sand and then go into the pool or if you want to sit there and watch someone in the pool?

The beach and the zero-entry end of the pool are right next to each other, they basically adjoin each other. So yes, you can sit in a lounge chair on the
beach and be literally just a couple of feet from the water in the pool :sunny:

What you can't see in the pictures is, on the other side of the lounge chairs, is a decent sized strip of the beach, with plenty of room for kids to play in the sand.

Wow! Thanks everyone for the quick and detailed responses. I thought I would have to stay at the Yacht or Beach Club to have a pool with a sandy area near it, but I would rather stay at the Polynesian, so I'm so glad to hear they have that kind of pool area! Thanks again.
