? about Pepper Market and Dining Plan

We plan to use the dining plan to eat at Pepper Market. It looks like there are a lot of options for just a CSM. My question is: Has anyone used the Dining Plan at the Pepper Market and if so, how does it work? Can you actually get the ribeye w/potato and vegetable for $17.95 using the plan. That's hard to believe! In addition, I'm assuming your dessert would come from the bakery. Is this correct? I would love to be enlightened by someone who has used the plan there.

I plan on using the Pepper market also. I read that you have to pay a 10% grtatituity. It's added onto your bill. I'm assuming that it is also included with the dining plan.
