? about "Mickey's Philharmagic" framed art??

Excuse my "non - expertise"; I'm totally new to art collecting. However, I just received a beautiful framed "print" called "Mickey's Philharmagic" with a pin mounted in the lower left hand corner. It has a cert. of auth. and says it's a limited production for the year 2003. I know I have seen these types of prints before, but - of course - now that I search, I can't find them anywhere!

? #1 - Is this a "cell" or just "framed art"?

?#2 - Where would you purchase other prints like this? At the Disney Store? At WDW?

? #3 - Approx. how much do these go for? Just curious what kind of collection I'm getting myself into!

Is it the one w/ Donald loosing it, and a lot of musical notes??

If it is, it can be purchased at the Art of Disney in DTD..It was mad originally for guests that purchased certain packages, but now it can be purchased from some of the resorts, and the Art if Disney..
It isn't a cell, but may be a litho..
