How often does DCL change the menus on board? We are taking the CA cruise next year, and I was just curious. I'm a live to eat kind of person, and I love to look at menus and plan ahead!

Also I noticed that on the dinner menus at disneycruiser, it says "All the above served with Steamed Rice or Baked Potato....." Steamed Rice....White Rice? The Japanese kind of sticky rice?

It probably will be more like Minute Rice or Uncle Ben's...no sticky Calrose rice even though that's what my family prefers.
