? about luggage tags

Last time I was on a plane was 7 years ago, and that was before kids. We are getting ready for our first WDW trip and are all very excited. We are leaving on 12/11 from PHL. When I made my reservations I said that we would like to take DME from MCO to our resort, but at that point I didn't have our air tickets yet. I was told to call back when I had our air tickets to reserve DME. Once I got the air tickets, I went online and added our air itinerary to our reservation on WDW website. Today I received luggage tags from WDW. From reading these boards I know they are not the yellow tags I need for DME, and I guess I am still a little far out to be getting the DME tags. But my question is what do I do with these tags? Do I put them on our bags also? There are 4 of us going, me, dh, ds4 and ds2, but we only got 3 tags. Do I need to call WDW regarding DME, or will they know because I entered my info online. I never thought this would be so confusing. Thanks for any help.

1st these are just Reg.luggage tags (only 3 because of DS2 I think none for under 3 yo ) you are still to far out for the ME tags ( yellow like airline tags ) they will come in a book with all the info on them.
I think they wait until the last possible minute to send because of airlines changing flights.
1-866-5990951 is the direct # for ME you can always call them but 21 days out is the norm.
