We have an 11:05 ADR for breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. They stop serving breakfast at 11:30. Is everything going to be out/dried up/old by the time we get there, or do they do a good job of keeping it all refreshed right up until they switch over to lunch?

Has anyone had a late breakfast at one of the buffets? Thanks for the info.

I routinely book very late morning ADRs at the buffets. I have yet to have a bad food experience at any of them. The food is kept fresh and hot, and plentiful. I like to make it brunch!!

Thanks! I was thinking brunch also, then skip lunch and use a snack credit instead. We have a buffet (late) dinner that night, too.

We have done late breakfasts at Chef Mickeys, Cape May and 1900 PF...Chef and Cape were great, tons of fresh food until everyone left. 1900 PF was terrible, the food was not being replaced, the line for the egg station (one station) was so long it was crazy, the food was just not good at all..dried out and hard.

Cannot get DH to give it another shot and I wish he would because I love the strawberry soup!
