We have points in holding from a trip we had to cancel in December. I understand I have to wait until 60 day out from the date of arrival to make the reservation that will use the these points.

My question is this: Can I use these points at a Disney hotel such as the Grand Floridian? Usually you can't book outside of DVC after 60 days. So.. how does it work in this case? We really want to try the GF since we have to use the points up quickly.

If we have to stay at a DVC resort, that will be fine, but I don't want my hopes up for the GF and then I can't book it.

Thanks!:sunny:

Yes, you can use them at the GF, but you can't reserve there within 60 days of the end of our Use Year. If you want to use Holding Account points for a non-DVC option, it must be done prior to 61 days before your Use Year ends.

Good luck!
