? About DVC & Dining Plan

We will be at the World for Christmas......and we are getting a Villa at SSR. There will be 6 of us for the whole entire stay (week) and we're going to do the DP. But we have more family coming but not staying the whole week. What do you do in these cases??? I don't want them to have to pay for the DP for the whole week if they aren't there the whole time. Why do they make everyone pay if they aren't there the whole time??

How many room will you have. The requirement is per reservation so if the folks that are coming late have their own reservation and room, that won't be a problem.

We have "for sure" 2 more coming....my DH's mother and brother. Then there are 5 that are "maybe's". That would be the max at 12 in the villa. But, like I said....not staying the whole time we are.

Unfortunately every person listed on your reservation has to purchase

DDP for entire length (total number of nights) of stay.

So even if they arrive on date after check-in they'd still need to

purchase DDp for entire LOS.

If you do what Disneynutz suggests re their having own room reservation

then they can purchase for just nights they are there.

Or can the rest of your group make use of the extra days dining credits ? - -
Signature Dining locations ( like Cinderella's Table, California Grill, etc. ) require 2 Table Service credits per person so if you can work out using those credits issued for the days the additional guests will not be there just have them pay $39.99 for days that they are with you & split cost of other days credits among rest of group that can use remainder.

I know....we are so excited!!! Just wish my dad could have still been w/ us and seen it.
We are staying at BWV the first night in a 1BR then moving over to SSR.
