I got a flier from our DS today about Black Friday and that weekend. It says they are opening at 5am! and the entire store will be an additional 20% off until 10am!!! It also has a 20% off any one item for Saturday and save $15 off any 75.00 purchase on Sunday.

Does anyone know if they will still keep things on sale even Friday morning, or will they take all the sales off?

Has anyone been to the DS on Black Friday? Do they have good deals? 5am is early, but if there are some good deals, it will be worth it.

You will receive 20% off on top of the sales prices on Black Friday specials :D

I doubt though that the same things that are on sale this weekend will be on sale next friday. Knowing TDS, the snowglobes will go back up from the current $49.99 and the xmas stuff probably back to 25% off from today's BOGO.

One thing you can count on at Disney Store is this:

What's on sale today probably won't be on sale tomorrow!

Best bet is to get to the store at 5am-most retailers aren't opening until 6!

Have you seen the items that are on the sale flyers? I know what they are... incredibles figures are 4.99, Princess Barbie dolls 7.99, Princess Polly Pockets 7.99, the large castle and lifesize Cinderella are both on sale for 89.99 I think. Kids tees are on sale for 5.99 if you buy 2 or more.

Those are the things that stick out to me.. Those prices are good only Friday Morning from 5-10 and then they go up in price as the weekend progresses.

I personally think they are some good deals.

UMMMM What flyer?!??!? where did you get one? How?!?!?! I am trying to plan my shopping....I need some of those things....I mean my DD would love some of those items.

They are giving them out at some of the DS. I know my store will be handing them out on Monday.

those deals look pretty good - I usually head to the mall later but I think I will head there right after Walmart this year -

so here is my question - is my DVC discount going to be good on top of this? I know sometimes it can be hit or miss but was wondering what their official stance is

As of today, TDS is owned by The Children's Place. When I was there on Thursday, there was no official word yet but the Asst Mngr CM is DVC and she thought yesterday would be the end of our discount.

I received coupons with my purchase at TDS the other day. They are good for THanksgiving weekend. We will be out of town and not able to use them -- I will mail them Monday to the first person who e-mails me their info.

The coupons are: 20% off any single item on Sat 11/27 and
$15.00 off any $75.00 purchast on Sun 11/28.

It also says Open friday at 5:00am -- entire store 20% off until 10:00am.

The store that I go to will open at 5am you can call and ask them though and they should be able to tell you. I think it depends on the time that the stores in the mall are opening and what the mall office will let them do.

All Disney Stores will be opening at 5am, unless prohibited by their mall.

Thanks for all your advice, everyone. I think I will have to try to get out there. 5am is awful early, but hey, 1 day a year, I think I can handle it!!

There are several things my kids want, and if the shirts are on sale, I can get some for my neices.
