? about direct and dues

I am considering adding on direct points for the first time. My use year is Oct. Lets say I add on 150pts at VGF, how does that work with dues? Is it added to the contract total like resale? Or will it appear in my dvc account?

The dues will be prorated since they're paid by calendar year. You'll get a bill in the mail and they'll show up in your account under the dues tab a few weeks after closing.

We've added on twice this year at VGF. The dues get prorated and you get an email notification after closing. We never get anything by mail, only electronic. Then, under dues, the dues will appear separately in a list, by contract -- with a total at the bottom.
