If you rec'd developer points does it say it online or it internal information? also if you would like to use the points in Sept do you have to wait 7 months prior because it is not your home resort?

Developer points do not appear in your point inventory on-line. My understanding is that developer points that have thus far been a perk for sales at new resorts are those that must be used within a year after purchase but can only be used by reserving 7 months or less out.

Developer points aren't supposed to show up on line because they are from a different inventory of points.

Yes you can only book 7 months out for SSR.

I just booked my first vacation since becoming a member (a trip to the Disneyland Hotel for the weekend following Christmas) using my developer points. While they did not show up online, as soon as I place my call they recognized that I had the 160 developer points and asked if that is what I intended to use. So, yes you do have your points, but you just can't see them anywhere online. Call and they'll help you.

If you purchased with the developer point perk, MS will have that in their records of you and when you call to make a reservation tell them to use the developer points.

the reason I'm asking is that it appears in my contract yet I didn't think I was eligible for them.

anybody know the answer.. I have in my contract SSR developer points yet it was my understanding I was not eligible. does this mean I got them?
