? about CRT before 2/1/06

I noticed the tip is included after 2/1/06, is it included in the price for ressies in Jan.? Also, is it included in the price of the other character breakfasts?

No, tip/tax is not included in any character meal as of now. You book it and then when you get there you pay the price plus tax/tip.
