? about changing our dates!

Hi all! We currently have a ressie at ASMo for May 7- 17th 2006. I have come to the conclusion that we might have to move the trip up a week because of schedule conflicts with dh's work. We'd be changing to April 30th - May 10th, it's the same amount of time, same season, etc. Since it is a date change do we have to cancel our current ressie and make a new one or do we just call and modify the dates on the current ressie? How does that work? If we do have to cancel can we have the deposit amount just rolled over onto the new ressie?

I'm really nervous about changing the dates! I worry that we will get there and they won't find "us" in the system, like they will never change the dates and we'll be without accomodations. Any advice welcome!
