? about booking in Nov.- Dec. with AP rate

We just went in Dec. & got an awesome AP rate of $149 for the PBH. I was thinking of going for 1 more trip before our AP passes expire this year & was thinking of either the RPR or the HRH. Any past rates anyone has gotten for Nov or early Dec. for these hotels ? Want to have an idea what to expect, budget wise. Thanks !

What are the chances of a rate between Christmas and the New Year. We have two nights at RPR booked at rack rate $299

We extended 1 night of our trip & it was the start of the "holiday" season 12/23 & we paid $179 for standard but we decided on bay view & we ended up paying $199 at the PBH. I thought that was a good deal for the time.
