I am a chaperone for my daughter’s dance team next week. I do not have the reservation #, can I get fast passes before we get our bracelets? I would like to use the app. but don’t know how gain access without the ressie #. This is hard for me because I usually really plan my Disney trips. I’m going with the flow this time.

^This. Can't tell you anything about your situation, but I've done 2 band trips and the main thing to realize that this will not be your regular Disney Trip.

For our group, we give the chaperones and kids their ticket numbers so they can make fast passes.

I'm helping a mom-daughter first-ever band trip, mom would like to take the family back sometime, I've asked her to judge nothing based on what she sees, hears, or smells on this band trip. I'm afraid shell get turned off to WDW. They are being told pitifully little by their organizers.

Big thing about these kinds of trips is that there is a lot of Hurry up and Wait. The bigger the group the earlier you have to tell people to meet up for stuff. For the 3:00 pre "parade" you need to meet up at 12:30 or so by Splash. For our group we were told to meet at 11:45.

If its next week already, you don't need the room ressie#, you need the ticket # only in order to make FP choices, have you been given your tickets yet?

Usually the organizer doesn't like to hand these out for everyone to loose, but if you can snap a pic of the back of YOURS & DD then you could start making FP
