What are the chances of gettting 2 deluxe studios for christmas and new years eve 2018, 7 month booking may/june

It's not something I'd expect to get. Maybe thru waitlists but still wouldn't count on it.

Very close to zero. BWV studios (all categories) are already sold out for 12/30 & 12/31, and there are almost certainly waitlists already in place for at least 12/31.

NYE for the DVC resorts sells out faster than any other night of the year. Right now, that night is still available for a studio only at OKW, SSR and Kidani. If there are any left on May 31, I would expect them to be gone within minutes of the 7 month window opening.

I would say no chance. With a lot of checking and waitlists, maybe 1 but most certainly not 2 imo.

I would think your chances would be better with a 2 bedroom in stead of 2 studios......also you may have to take whatever booking category is available [[standard view vs boardwalk view vs pool /garden view]. If it isnt available when you book it, set up both wait list options. And, be prepared to book ASAP on line at 8 am or by calling Member Services at 9 am sharp on the day the booking window opens. All of the 2 bedroom villas at BWV are lock offs. If there are no studios available, then there are no 2 bedrooms available, either.

Might be true for resorts with dedicated 2 bedrooms, but those fill more quickly than 1 bedrooms at most resorts.

Similar question for SS. What are the chances of getting a studio for Dec. 30-Jan.6 at the 7 mo window? It's available now but home resort is BCV.

Better than 2 but I'd suggest booking the second the window opens. Why not BCV?

I booked BCV for what was available but still had to waitlist for NYE. Wanted to be close to Disney Springs.
