? About Amazon Prime Pantry

How far in advance of your arrival at your WDW resort do you place your Amazon Pantry order? This is the first year we are not doing the DDP, and I am ordering water, juice boxes, soda, etc. I don't know how far in advance of our arrival to place my order.

A few weeks ago I placed an order to be shipped to my hotel in Orlando. 1 week in advance. Ordered on a Wed morning and it arrived Fri am - so much quicker than expected.

We arrive on a Saturday 5/30. I was thinking of ordering the Tuesday 5/26 I have never used prime pantry before. Does this sound about right?

We have had them arrive at a hotel in 3 days, 4 days and twice on the 5 day mark.

I ordered about 10 days before my check in date. The Prime Pantry can take up to 5 business days to mail once it has been shipped. As a note, the resort wouldn't let us pick it up at check in. We had to call the front desk once we were in our room to have them bring it. We did order a case of water so it was very heavy.

Also, remember to put the resort name in the shipping address. I forgot and just put mine and then was worried it wouldn't get there. It did arrive just fine but I was stressed over my own stupidity for a few days!

We arrive a week from tomorrow. So I think I will order today based on what others have experienced and Monday being a holiday.

I'm hoping to send a prime pantry box before my trip on the 29th but I'm having issues on how to format the shipping address
It's formatted so that the actual shipping address is to be used on the same line as the c/o name?
Also where would I put the arrival date and/or reservation number?
I've attached a screenshot of the format

Anyone with experience ordering and recieving an Amazon pantry order help me out

I ordered a week in advance of our Sunday arrival. I think it arrived Friday or Saturday. Very happy with it!

When I ordered ours I had my name c/O resort name on the first line and then the confirmation # and my dates on 2nd line.
