We are arriving Monday September 3. By all my calculations, and touring plans as well, my window should open today at 7 am. But I was able to get them around 6:30. Could have been sooner, as I just signed on at that time and out of curiosity tried to see if it was open. I'm a little confused.

Ok, I appreciate the confirmation that today was my day! I was just very confused. System was glitchy, often had to go out and back in again because it kept dropping DH off my party, and Olaf made quite a few appearances as well!

Had you checked on the mde app prior to see what they had listed as your actual FP window date? They list the date for you ahead of time of when your eligible. That is the best authority and the FP board on here has shown circumstances either in the calendar or a person's individual trip where it is a day earlier than you think. Did you get all the FPs you wanted?

Got them all, thanks. Had my list prepared to pick the top priorities on each day. Using the tremendous advice from the boards and starting from the back end of the trip forward I was able to get SDD, FOP twice and SDMT. I like to start earlier in the day with the passes, so it worked well. Booked the 2nd FOP for early evening for the day 2 which was perfect. No way I could get DH up and out of bed before 8 am every day so I do have a couple late ones!

I arrive the same day and I had to wait till 7 am today to do my FP you just got lucky

Sorry if I’m being stupid but where on the MDE app does it say what your fast pass booking date is?

I booked mine a week or two ago, and tried logging in about six and kept refreshing until it let me in - at seven on the dot. So if it let you in early either it was a glitch or you had your dates wrong. Glad you got everything you wanted!

When you are on the Disney website and click on My Disney Experience it brings up your itinerary and tells you how many days are left until your trip. When that date hits 60 days the FP can be booked. Just for giggles I have tried when it said 61 days, and no go. But the morning it said 60 days left is the day the FP calendar extended past the usual thirty day window to the 60 day window and I was able to book.

If you check in on 9/3, then yes today is your FP day. Mine was 7/3 and I check in 9/1.

Consider yourself blessed. Those of us who made them on Tuesday had a 3 hour IT melodrama on our hands.

It's always 7am eastern but something the system can glitch and allow you to start booking a little earlier than that.

Yep, definitely before 7am EST. Around 6:40 am. And my check in is September 3rd, so today was my day. I might have been able to do it earlier, who knows? The only reason I even checked as early as I did is because I was going to practice with a random day, as I have an annual pass. And I was bored waiting for it to open at 7 am. Was just shocked that all my days were there to book, has never happened to me before, so I know I was very lucky. Had to check once I got to work to make sure they were all there just in case!

Do you have a different onsite stay within the next 60 days? If so, your fastpasses do run on a rolling 60 day schedule, so it's very possible that you would have been able to book yesterday...

Maybe that’s why, we have a short trip this Saturday until Tuesday. If that’s the case, I could have booked even earlier? I’m confused!

If you have APs and 2 trips within 2 months of each other you can sometimes book a day early. Happened to me last year. You probably could have done them yesterday!

The app doesn’t, to my knowledge. But I think on a regular computer, it will tell you. I always just compute it myself.
When I booked my trip he gave me the ADR date and my Fastpass Day. I was glad..,I was afraid I might calculate wrong
