Ability to book fp & dining

I was wondering if I rented @ DVC, would I still have the ability to book Fp & Dining via the Disney website? I understand the owner will make the initial booking reservation. Thanks!!

Yes, once you link the reservation to your MyDisneyExperience (MDX) account. Once linked, you will also be able to customize your MagicBands.

You can book your own FPs and dining reservations but if you want a dining plan the point owner needs to book that.
