That is mostly correct. If you look at the zip files, you should have a photo in each zip that is a copy of the "Limited License" that allows you to "reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, and display the digital photos" "solely for personal, non-commercial use". You agree that you will not (and will not permit others) to "sell, transfer or use in any commercial manner". So you can't use it for any commercial use (like on a business website), whether it's for profit or not. It doesn't say only as long as it's not for profit, it says no commercial use.Thanks again to everyone for their advice and help. My dad and I both had an amazing time but are still pretty exhausted to say the least!I do have one more question - I saw the information with the Disney photos that were uploaded, and I believe it IS OK to post some of these photos on Facebook or even have a Shutterfly book made, but as long as we don't sell the photos for a profit, we are free to use them however we see fit. Is that correct?
But as far as any personal use like posting on facebook or here on the DIS, including in Shutterfly books, etc, as long as it's for personal use, you're good.
