ABD Backstage Magic 4/17 - 4/22/11

Hello all!

So here's the deal. This is my first post! Huzzah. I really couldn't think of a better place for it, you guys know me the best. (This is Joe from the trip).

Having just seen Casablanca for an English class (I can see why it's a part of The Great Movie Ride), I'll paraphrase it by saying this ABD trip was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. I had such a blast with all of you guys, nothing cooler than sharing such amazing Disney moments with people who GET IT (I just wanted to be the hundredth person to say it, cause it's so true.) Thank you all for making the trip a once in a lifetime affair.

But yeah, so much to say, so many great memories. But I suppose that's the beauty of finally getting on the boards, now I have a place to share!

Well, I guess I have to figure out how to do signatures and pictures and stuff. Glad to be here with you guys! Looking forward to many, many Disney and non-Disney conversations.

What a wonderful trip! I hope you can make it on 4.0 - would you be bringing your son?

I really want Shawn II to come, I have booked 2 rooms, but he will be in 8th grade (Honors classes), so we will have to wait and see what his workload is and how he feels about Missing a whole week of school.

It's OK - I don't know how Joe's family feels, but we're not huge baseball fans - we just cheer for the Brewers mostly out of convenience . When we lived in DC, we cheered for the Nationals.

However, when it comes to football - don't trash talk the Packers

Still here at work. Now I need to figure out how to get out early and go home and pray the mailman delivered ours.

The highlight of my days now is to get on the boards at work and see who posted what since yesterday.

Now the wait is on to book our annual trip to Disney World at Christmas. Still have to wait a couple of more weeks before we can try and book into Bay Lake Towers for Christmas.

I have already made all of our ADR's for the September trip.

Enough rambling for now, its back to work.
