They won't give me a refund until they are satisfied they can't fix it there. It's in the shop again
They did the same thing when I dropped my dark ride lens. They sent it to New Jersey, and two weeks later the part was going to take too long to arrive, so they gave me a gift card with X-hundred dollars on it. Considering it took them more than 8 weeks to get me the first lens, I bought it from Amazon, had it in 5 days. Now I'm walking around with a crap ton of Best Buy money in my wallet.
