ABC Commissary or Backlot Express???

Which one should we have lunch at?

My vote between the 2 would be the ABC commissary. Another good counter service alternative in the Studios is the Flatbread Grill (not sure why they call it that as there are no flat breads). The bbq pork sandwich was tasty as was the chicken with rice. Lots of healthy different CS choices.

ABC has been inconsistent in food quality for us over the years. the Backlot always has great burgers...I love the fixin's bar and the carrots instead of fries is a healthy option. my preference is Backlot but ABC has more unique items.

backlot you can enjoy frozen cokes on a nice hot day and hey it's right by Star Tours!

I would have to vote ABC Commissary, based on recent experience. Good food, quick service, okay price, decent atmosphere, and foremost, filling.

We like both of them but many times ABC wins out. We like the variety.

Another vote here for the Commissary. Food is fine for CS and it's nice and air-conditioned.

Six of one, half a dozen of the other. Neither is terrible, neither impressive. I'd just go to the closest one.

We either go to 50s Prime Time (more for fun than food) or to a hotel or offsite on MGM mornings.

For dinner Hollywood & Vine isn't bad - but it is loud.

Hmm..... mixed reviews from everyone. I've been to Backlot Express and they're food is ok. I've seen ABC's menu and I are they do have variety. But how was the food? Obviously, I'm not expecting gourmet, but is it worth it?
