Aaaauuuuggggghhhhh!

Okay - got through to ADR this morning made all the reservation for 10 Days! CM put me on hold to wait to give me my reservation confirmation #'s and we got disconnected!!!

I'm on hold NOW, does anyone know or have this happen to them, will they still have my reservations in the system, or am I, as they say, "s-crewed?"

I just got through, BUT THE SYSTEM IS NOW DOWN - TIME 8:10 A.M.!!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

This SUCKS!!! I was on hold for 55 minutes only to be told the system crashed globally!!

For the love of God Disney!!! A Billion dollar company and they can't get a computer system better than this? Seriously.

FYI: I JUST Called back (8:15 Eastern time) and hit the prompt for "I want to make a ressie for today" and was on hold for 12 minutes and the CM said it is still down and to call back in 1 hour.

This whole thing is such a nightmare.

My enthusiasm is waning this time...not sure why but the whole ADR thing seemed to kind of get to me.

5 hours and 45 minutes later and I FINALLY got thru and made my ressies. What a joke.
I am NOT feeling the Disney love right now.
