Just got back from WDW and this morning we were on the TTA and they have changed the narration for it. We were surprised to hear it because we were on it on Thursday and heard the old narration. We disappointed that that they did not have Mr. Tom Morrow.

After watching the video, I don't like the new script, but I am hard of hearing, and the voice is not as bass as the last one, and it is easier for me to hear. Hearing impaired people have a hard time with the low tones of people's voices, so I for one like the new voice, but not the new script.

Ok, that is just wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong!!! I'm ok with change (usually) but to take out some of the classic lines is just wrong.

This voice takes the futuristic overtones out of the ride. He's too chipper. As a result, the ride is not as relaxing as it once was. I also liked the little announcement bell, the paging Mr. Tomorrow announcement and the forward tentacles announcement.

I'm glad I got to ride this before they made the changes. Not sure how I feel about it, but I will miss paging Mr Morrow, Mr Tom Morrow and the forward facing tenacles spiel.

Major bummer. I'll definitely miss the old audio track. I am glad that I'll still be able to enjoy the old sound track in fan videos, and that the ride is still there.

Is there a way to start a petition on this board? We really need to get one going! I wish Disney would stop messing with the good stuff. As for me, I'll be yelling out "Paging Mr. Marrow" on all my future rides! Maybe I can bring protest signs in and do a picket line in front of the ride!

Make your sign and hold it up during the ride. I know that CM's monitor the ride because once during the ride our DD's friend was kneeling in her seat and a voice came on telling her to stay seated! Maybe a CM will report your sign to a supervisor or something.

I can't wait to try the new Carousel of Progress, featuring the 4 futuristic families that look and sound the same, but are completely different and utilize old-fashioned technology. Change is good. Hope they have a decent marketing campaign for this one.
