Aaaaargh! On hold for ADRs!

I'm currently on hold, wait time 30 mins! I called dead on 12 noon and I only have my last 4 meals to book! This is my third call and got through straight away on the two previous occasions. I guess I was very fortunate previously

No idea why I'm posting this except its something to do with my hands while I'm being driven insane by the hold music and messages

Phew! Just got off the phone, 1 hour 20 in total! I did get the ones I wanted except Spoodles as its closed for a re-furb! Got another resort buffet breakfast (Cape May Cafe) though so very happy

There are lots of complaints today on the restaurants board with some callers being kept on hold for 45 minutes and the CM then unable to make any ADRs for them.

Just got through to disney dining................and the system is now down!!! Asked to call back in an hour! They left me on hold for 15 mins before they told me this!

Isn't spoodles being replaced by the new Cat Cora restaurant ?

The CM said the system wouldn't allow her to book Spoodles as it was shut for re-furb but that the breakfasts were being transferred to the Flying Fish Cafe but when she tried to book there for me instead the system hadn't been updated to allow that booking yet! So I just booked my reserve buffet breakfast instead

Sounds like I was lucky to get my ressies at all as the system seems to be crashing now.

I've got all my ADRs so all I have to do now is work out exactly what I want to eat at them all!

I've just thought of a question.....Do Disney sent confirmation of the ADRs, I've noted everything but wondered if I will get anything official?
