I have 7 nights at Poly booked w/AAA. It's the package that includes 7day PH, and dining. It's 3520.04.

Did anyone get a better deal w/yqe? I'm waiting for AAA to call me back and I'm wondering if anyone already knows.

I have a package thru AAA right now beofre applying this code it was 1548
including the dining
i have called triple aaa to see if they can apply this code to my package
i calle ddisney direct and was goona rebook witht hem but the savings was only 74 dollars

Well AAA called and she could not just apply the code. She would have to cancel and rebook and the Poly is not available for my dates and unfortunately I'm not flexible on dates. Oh well . Am still curious if anyone else saved over the AAA rate.

I have 5 nights at the Poly with 5 day PH and dining and with the new code the savings was only $40. :confused3 oh well . . .

I priced up 7 nights at the Poly coming in during the regular season (Nov 25) and it was $3793.54 with the discount. That included 7 day PH and dining.

1 adult and 2 juniors
5 nts, 6 day basic tix + dining
pop century

rack rate $1,590 (had booked weeks ago)
AAA $1,503 (price as of yesterday)
YQE $1,422

I had 2 rooms, each room with 1 adult 2 juniors and was able to change one...i have been on hold for 35 minutes now because they had run out of rooms for the code for my second room! GRRRRR (was on hold 40 minutes before i even got thru)

For my 9 night package at the Poly, GVC, I can't book the package (my dates are 12/18-12/27, with one night at PO on the 17th)

But when I put in the dates 12/16-12/25 (just backed up my trip by two days), it was almost $250 more than my AAA package!!! :confused3 :confused3 :confused3 :confused3

And when I tried the dates 12/17-12/25, I received a total of $5831. (My package is $6149, plus $120) It would be relaly expensive for me to book a room for two nights, at holiday rate (another$700 or $800!!)

I'll stick with what I had!

We have a room only booking through Disney with the AAA discount applied. We have a king room at CSR for 6 nights in value season and 5 day MYW hoppers X 2. The price we have is 1288.44. We would only save $68 if we convert to the new code. I chose to leave things as they are. This way we have the flexability that I prefer and no hassles of possibly messing up our ADR's or anything else. We passed on the code. Maggie

I called my AAA agent and she was not aware of the new codes. She was going to call and find out if we can use them and the AAA rates.

We are booked at the Beach Club with dining. I tried checking rates on line but I can not find a place to apply the codes. I continued and the quoted rate was about $240 more than my AAA rate now.

I am going to try to get through to Disney by phone and see what the rate would be if I rebooked the whole thing. I think I would loose $100 to cancel the AAA though.

So I am awaiting the return call of my AAA agent. :goodvibes

Can you book this online at Disney or just by calling CRO or using a travel agent?

Just got off the phone with Disney and for my dates w/ AAA dining 9d park hopper and 9N for 2A/2C WL Woods view my rate is $3665.28...with the new code rate no view but CY available and the rate for everything the same would be $3888.40. I also asked for AKL to compare room view w/ room view since I still have my AAA quote for same dates with Dining for AKL...so AKL 9N/park hopper/Standard Pool View the savings was about $45 to go with the new "code". So unless I completely change resorts and move up to GF or BC...which I cannot afford even with the discount :lol I will stick with what I have.

I e-mailed and called AAA and then got on the phone with Disney myself - what a mess and a headache. I currently have a reservation with AAA for 2 Poly GV room only with 4 day park hopper add-on - 4 adults, 2 kids, 12/14 - 12/18 - $3677.57 - savings of about $400 on the rack rate for this package.

Through YQE, I could have done the same thing with the dining plan added on for $4259.44 which is about a $160 savings from when I first looked into doing the same package through AAA, but I had decided I didn't want the dining plan a while ago, even though that started sounding pretty good. I tried to ask about the YQC rate - the CM was getting a little antsy at this point and kept saying I should be talking with my AAA TA (I know I know, but she wasn't in the office today according to her e-mail), the CM also confused my family with another of the same name in their system which made me feel INCREDIBLY nervous. So I sort of left it at that.

I then called AAA again to see if I could speak with another TA and the woman on the phone said my TA was sitting right there - huh? and would call me back - I then got an e-mail from the AAA TA (who has not been very helpful so far) saying that what I have through AAA is still the lowest price. I really don't trust that she even spoke with Disney as I'm sure changing my reservation would be a huge headache for her - so, at this point, I don't have a real answer and I'm afraid to change anything - particularly with Disney confusing us with another family. Ugh.

I guess I should let well enough alone. good luck to everyone

Ok...here's what I was able to figure just playing with dates to verify price. All my dates were in the value season which is the season I have currently booked.

I checked on the following pkg. 7 nights GV at Poly, 7 day PH tix, and dining.

For the above package here's what I found

Reg disney price (no codes) = $3875.42
YQE code price = $3577.98 ($297.44 savings over reg dis price)
AAA pkg disc. = $3520.04 ($57.94 savings over YQE price)

So for my pkg the best deal is AAA.

Just FYI I compared a moderate for 12/3-12/10 Coranado Springs
Reg price - $2547.88
YQE price - $2233.44 ($314.44 savings)
Have no idea what AAA would be.

well, my AAA rate of $6149 (or something close to that) was booked through an AAA agent.

I found the other rates online at Disney this morning (Thursday). Obviously, if I hadn't had an AAA package, the rate from Disney would look better!!

Well - I finally got my definitive answer:

12/14 - 12/18
2 adults, 2 children
2 GV at Poly
4 day tix w/ park hopper
no dining

AAA - $3677.57
YQC - $3743.31

Looks like on the YQC code, AAA is winning!

Ok - I feel better now.

We saved a little over AAA. We are staying at CSR 12/4-12/8 with 5 day hoppers and dining. We saved $61 over what we already saved with AAA. Heck I'm happy, I'll take any savings. :cheer2: By the time I got through to my AAA Agent this morning she had already called in and had the adjustments done to our package and the two other families going with us.

I see some are saving more, I'm not for sure what the difference is though. :confused3

Happy Day anyways!! :cool1:

Well I was able to save about 200 in mid november with the rate w/dining vs. AAA w/dining. However my payment was due yesterday and thus had to pay $50 change fee. But hay the savings is worth the trouble.

I currently have AAA room only at POFQ for December 2-8 for 119 a night. I called Disney travel and they are already full at POFQ and WL.

Maybe my TA will still be able to get me something.

There was nothing available for our date 11/10-11/19 for the Contemparary. But the trip is paid for, so I am o.k.........a bit disapointed, but still very excited about our trip.
