Can you purchase UO tix at AAA? Or just online? And do they have some type of meal plan? I'm planning on going May 4 th weekend.

You can purchase the Universal tickets thru AAA. I have heard that the meal plan the Universal has isn't all that great. I would price check for the Universal tickets. Try with Undercover Tourist and Orlando Fun Tickets. I always believe in comparing prices before I buy them.

A few years ago we bought tickets in our AAA office, so you could back then. Most people on these boards would recommend Undercover Tourist for the best priced tickets though. Check around.

I wouldn't fool with the meal deal as it leaves a lot to be desired. Its only available at three restaurants in each park and the food offered is typical theme park fare. Frankly there are much better places to eat than those on the meal deal...with the exception of Louie's at the Studios. You can purchase the meal deal at either park when you arrive...if you decide to go that route.

Thanks for the info. I can't wait! Haven't been in 15yrs I know lots have changed. It will be the first time for my 10 yr old son. :)

I have another question. I'm staying at the Saratoga Springs and using Magical express to get from MCO. Should I just catch a cab to UO or go thru Mears?

With Mears you may have to pick up other guests. At least with a cab it will be direct.

I agree. Mears is the best route. They may stop at other hotels but they will get you there and back for a good price.

We get our tickets through AAA for every trip. Right now, according to both websites, AAA is $7 cheaper than Undercover tourist.

Actually got our 4 day park to park tickets cheaper than AAA offers thru undercover tourist
