AAA Story Time -- Logistical Questions

We just reserved a Wednesday 4:30pm spot for the AAA Story Time in September. We have dinner reservations for the Wave at 5:30pm as well, so these will probably need to be moved.

Anyway, for those of you who have been to Story Time ...
- How much time should we set aside for the event, including character interaction?
- What size crowd should we expect?

Also ...
- Any ideas on how to minimize travel times between AKL, MK, and CR on this particular day? We are coming directly from AKL. We will have a car, but are open to any parking/monorail/buses ideas. We will have a 3yo with us and need to make things go as quickly and smoothly as possible.

AKL to MK- Disney Bus. Faster than using a car. With a car you must park at TTC/MK lot, walk or tram to TTC, Monorail or Ferry to MK.
The bus will drop you near the MK gates.

MK to CR- Monorail or Walk.

(After dining)
CR to MK- Walk back to MK, or MK bus loading.
