I like to have control over my trips, I made the mistake of booking with a TA(Not CAA - a Canadian chain) last year before free dining came out and they never applied to me, and I questioned it they said I missed it because I booked to early (Now that I know with Disney you can call and apply codes after I will never book a TA again) I didn't know better then
That being said I did hear that CAA (I'm Canadian) gave good discounts, I called the CAA three months ago and they still have not called me back, so I from that alone I know there customer service (or lack thereof) is not something I could deal with..
I just figure, I'll cut the middle man out.. But thats just me
