Does anyone know what % off AAA gives on a room only reservation?

it depends when you're going. From mousesavers:
You can generally save about 10%-20% at the Disney resort hotels, depending on the season.

The only time AAA/CAA discounts don't usually apply is Holiday Season (around Christmas).

I got 10 % for pop in sept, but a general public code came out and was able to save 30 now!
