I had the same problem when I booked my January ressie in September. They told me it wasn't out yet, but they also booked us for a basic room package. When I called back the next day after getting advice from here, they redid my room to the room-only ressie which I had requested in the first place, and also gave me the AAA discount. So, moral of my story is, make sure they got your ressie right! They had mine all kinds of messed up. Maybe getting a different CM when you call back will help too. My first CM didn't seem to have the right info.
