AAA Resort Discount Question?

I have booked a package but would like to apply a AAA discount. Is this possible? How do you do this? Love this board!

If you booked the package directly through Disney, no, it is not possible to apply the AAA discount. You would have to cancel your package through Disney and re-book through a AAA travel agent.

If you are looking for room-only (which is what we use our AAA for), that is able to be booked directly through Disney.

Or, rather than canceling, you can contact a AAA travel agent and ask about transferring your reservation into the agency. Once it's been transferred, they can apply the discount for you.

Disney only offers a limited amount of rooms per resort to be used with a AAA discount. You can certainly try to apply your discount, but I wouldnt be surprised if they have already reached their limit for August.

www.mousesavers.com is a great website for getting discounted codes. You may want to read through their site and see if there is something being offered for your upcoming trip!

You may not be able to apply a AAA rate to a reservation booked online. Most likely, if they have the discount available, you will have to cancel the online booking and make a new reservation over the phone with a new deposit.

Room only reservations booked online have been, in my experience, a huge pain in the butt.
