aaa rates for December '11

Please remind me about when those rates are released- right now the rates are so high for December...I think if memory serves me right- the rates come out around August?

I am sure AAA rates are out for Dec.2011 in fact I got AAA rates for June 2012. There maybe general discounts being released in August but I believe AAA rates have been out for awhile.

The AAA discount is on the room portion only. If you want a room-only reservation, you can call Disney directly. If you want a package, with the discount on the room price, you must call AAA Travel.

I booked our trip for upcoming Dec. in Jan. of this year. I called my local AAA office and got the rates then, but had a pin for 35% off mods and it beat the AAA price.

I called Disney over the weekend for room only reservations in January 2012 and was told that the AAA rates were not out yet. I might have to try again.

I would. We are booked for next July with AAA rates. They are definitely out.

I got 10% off our room rates, which was quite a bit higher than the yearly fee. I didn't join AAA for the discount, though--we've been members forever for roadside assistance.

Depending on the season and the resort, AAA discounts run between 10-20% on the room portion of the package only. You have to pay full price for the dining plan, and I believe for the tickets. If you buy tickets separately from AAA, there is a small discount at many clubs.
