If you book through Disney with AAA discount, do you have to have your AAA number or do you just have to present it when you check in? I'm going to get AAA, but I will probably make my ressies first.

The last time I used an AAA rate, they asked for my AAA number when making the res. This was a while ago though (before buying AP), so it might be different now :teeth:

I made my ressies today for December 2006 and got a AAA rate without giving my number. I got a great deal on the All-Star Movies Resort. :cool1:

I bought AAA right before getting my quote (just in case), but wasn't asked for it until we booked. And we saved about $200 - after figuring in the price of membership! :cool1:

Email or PM me and I can refer you to a fabulous veteran DIS'er who is also a great AAA agent. I can't say enough great things about her, and I'm sure she can help you out! :)

I think it is a 50-50 chance of being asked for the AAA number when you book the room. Sometimes they ask, sometimes not. One thing though, I have never, never been asked for my card when I check in. I always have it with me, but have never been asked for the card, not at Disney and not at any other hotel where I have gotten a AAA discount.
