AAA Parking Pass question

The pass says 2005 on it, but has no expiration date. We aren't using it (we are flying and using ME and Disney transportation). I wanted to give it to my friend to use in early January. Will Disney take it then, or is it not valid after Dec 31st?

It says 2005, so it shouldn't be any good in 2006.
