Can you get this from AAA if you are a member but didn't book a package?

It always comes in the packet that they send you with your trip information. I would call your local office and ask. They may give you one.

It depends on your office. I have purchased tickets and got them. One year I purchased just Universal tickets, and was talking to the associate and she gave me one.
