AAA Package Paid in Full: Now what? Please respond!

1. Now that the package is paid in full and *hopefully* everything is back in order, how soon should all my travel documents arrive? At what point do I start calling them to see if the stuff is in?
2. SPECIFICALLY what should be included in the stuff sent from Disney? What exactly should I receive with the AAA package (documents, tickets, tags, etc). I want to make sure I get everything as I don't trust them at all now.
3. I am going to call Disney Magical Express myself to check on the plane info. Can I do this since I booked through AAA (we got the plane tickets on our own- not through them.).
4. Anything else I should know? I'm going to be vigilant in making sure nothing else gets messed up.

I am sorry I did not do AAA but wanted to tell you what we recieved:

we got our packet with confirmation on resort, air and dining with park maps and other info in a plastic Disney envelope!!

we then got luggage tags with the castle (the kind you write your name and address on)

then about 2 weeks before leaving we got our ME yellow tags with the POLY name printed on them along with ME vouchers...

I'm expecting our documents about 2 weeks before we leave (at the latest). If everything gets here earlier, all the better.

The confirmation I received from our agent, Michelle Shears, shows our flights for Magical Express. Your AAA agent should be able to send you a printed confirmation so you can see all the details of what's booked.

Triplefigs I am glad you have it all paid off! It is closer now at least. We are supposed to pay ours off on Wednesday and my agent is also Michelle Shears and she has told me to expect the paper work about 2 weeks before we leave.
I am sorry to hear you don't trust your AAA agent anymore...I don't know if this is due to the AAA discount codes for our time or not...I know we were both looking into getting a code in addition to the AAA and well it wasn't available for our time at WL and I think it wasnt' for your time at GF either...if if makes you feel any better we never go it ...oh well

I am also awaiting our documents. My package was paid on 10/19, although not due until 11/4. However, in my case, my agent called me on 10/19, reminding me payment was due by 11/4, and explained she was going on vacation, and would be gone until 11/2. She didn't want to take the chance of a problem with the balance, so asked me to pay ahead of time. I was kind of bummed, I was hoping to postpone the payment until after 10/26 (when it would go on the next billing cycle), but chose to pay rather than take a chance on a screw up.

Anyway, I can't believe it's coming up so fast! I can't wait to see what is in my packet!!
