AAA MYW Dining Plus Plan and room requests?

I have never booked with AAA before or done a package before!! However the AAA MYW Dining plus works well for our traveling group of 24 people[all ages] Anyhow, what is the best way to put in our building/room requests for our stay at the CSR?? Can I do it myself like I usually do when I book with Disney or does my agent have to do it? It is driving me crazy to not do it myself!!

If you booked with an agent then have them put your requests in your reservation.

I booked with AAA and my agent said that she could do it or I could do it myself.

I also booked with AAA and the travel agent there put the request in for me - I just hope that is fullfilled.

The TA has to make all of the requests. It drives me crazy too, but luckily mine was nice enough to make the reservations while I was sitting right across from her! She also gave me the reservation number, but Disney cannot touch the reservation without the agent calling any changes in. If you want to double check about any particulars, you can call Disney, explain that you understand that cannot change anything and they will usually talk with you about your reservation. This is also my first time using a TA, but I couldn't pass up the savings that I am offered by going through her!

If your never sure if the requests were asked for, you can do one of these:
ask for the confirmation sheet that Disney faxes the travel agent-they are listed under your resort or two wait for you documents, they are normally in the upper right corner abbreviated for you. (Note that all requests are not guarenteed!)
